You and Me has a long history of serving our clients in the automotive sector. We have partnered primarily with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to improve operational strategies tailored to unique conditions in eastern Europe, and conducted risk assessments & audits of existing operational approaches. We have engaged with a number of large Western OEMs by assisting with acquisition target searches and partnership structuring. Our teams are led by experienced professionals with an extensive history in the sector.

We are regularly requested to provide advice and guidance to senior and executive managers in the Industrials sector, particularly in the foundry and metal-casting industry. We have developed extensive expertise in project management, optimizing metal-casting processes, implementing quality control platforms, and supply chain management. In addition, we have assisted our clients with project and product launches by providing leadership across key functions throughout the region.
